In the framework of the European year of the handicapped people, the French Federation Handisport with organized in July 2003 a forwarding in the Kayak in the sea of the Norwegian far North, Spitzberg. Thus nine handicapped people sailed on the Arctic Ocean, surrounded of a technical team and a doctor. Through this great adventure, this film wants to be humanly extremely and close to its participants. Thus adaptation, complementarity, listening and solidarity are the values that this film proposes. In polar medium, the handicapped and valid people are brought to share the same effort and the same feelings of mobility and proximity.
